U.S. orders can be returned or
exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To begin, start your return here and we’ll email you a prepaid label. You then have 14 days from label creation to send your items back.

Outside the U.S.

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned. We recommend reviewing our size guide before ordering — and our care team is always happy to help you find the right fit.

Orders are prepared and handed to our carrier within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. We aim to deliver faster whenever we can.

Please allow 1–2 extra days for processing during launches, promotional periods, and holidays.

Once your order ships, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Once your order is placed, it moves to fulfillment almost immediately so we can get it to you as quickly as possible — which means we’re unable to change items, sizes, or shipping details after checkout.
